Move Better ♦When we move better, our motions are fluid and  our shape easily changes  to accommodate function.

 ♦When we move better, we stimulate and improve  our breathing, posture, suppleness, and balance.

 ♦When we move better, we more effectively nourish our joints, muscles, and nerves.
